Second Chance Pet Adoptions is Raleigh's oldest no-kill animal rescue organization. We rescue stray and abandoned cats and dogs to find forever homes for them, and we work in the community to promote responsible pet ownership (we fund free/low-cost spay/neuter surgeries to help).
